PROOF OF CLAIMS:

 

All entities asserting a claim against GoDigital, you must submit a proof of claim and proper supporting documentation to the Assignee, at the address listed below, no later than February 28, 2020.

Note:  The Assignee understands that many content owners require their GoDigital/Distribber balance due information in order to complete the Proof of Claim Form.  The Assignee intends to notify licensors of the Assignee's calculations prior to the February 28, 2020 deadline.

Any claimant that fails to timely submit a claim in accordance with the instructions set forth above shall be barred from sharing in any distributions of proceeds of the liquidation of GoDigital’s assets and shall not receive any payment from the Assignee.
